Custom Form

BUGtrack's Custom Form feature allows for the reporting of new bugs into the BUGtrack database via a custom form. This feature allows individuals to submit bugs or requests directly into your BUGtrack database without logging into the system.

You can easily create Custom Forms using BUGtrack's Custom Entry Form wizard, a convenient tool for generating basic custom form HTML code. You can change the code later to add custom fields and to match your company's website look and feel.

Once created, the form can be emailed to customers or beta-testers and placed on your company's support web site as a bug reporting form.

When an issue is submitted via a Custom Form, the form's custom field values appear in the associated bug detail section. You may create multiple custom forms to apply multiple combinations of predefined fields if required.
